Ben has practiced in the area of civil litigation since his call to the bar in 2011. Ben has built a reputation as a fierce and compassionate advocate for his clients. His practice focuses on the litigation of insurance claims on behalf of individuals whose benefits have been denied. In the course of his career, Ben has represented individuals who have been denied insurance coverage of all types including disability benefits.
Ben has extensive experience acting as counsel in tribunal and administrative hearings, Supreme Court trials, cases in the B.C. Court of Appeal and Federal Court.
